I got my order and most of it was what I wanted, so I can’t complain too much. One item was wrong, which was annoying because I was looking forward to that specifically, but the rest was okay.

"Preorders have always worked out for me"
I’ve placed a bunch of preorders with bigbadtoystore and they’ve been really reliable. When something comes in stock it ships out and I haven’t had anything randomly canceled on me. Makes it easy to keep ordering from them.

"Pile of Loot is useful, but not perfect"
I’ll admit the Pile of Loot feature is handy at first, and I can see why people like it. I’m not trying to complain just to complain, but the shipping delays and extra fees started to add up for me. Maybe it works better for others, but in my case it ended up feeling like it wasn’t really worth the hassle

"Shipping was kinda quicker than I expected"
I ordered a couple of figures from BigBadToyStore and figured it would take a bit longer, but it shipped out fast. The tracking updated like it should, and the box ended up showing up earlier than I was expecting.
Everything was packed well too, with no crushed corners or weird damage. I’m kinda happy with how smooth the whole thing went, and I’d probably order from them again.

"I ordered a few figures and was excited..."
I ordered a few figures and was excited when the box showed up. Then I opened it and that excitement dropped fast. There was barely any padding inside, the corners of the box were crushed, and one of the cardbacks ended up bent. The figures themselves were still mostly fine, so I’m relieved about that, but as a collector it was frustrating to see such careless packing. It’s not a total disaster, and I’m not furious or anything, but I definitely expected better from a collector shop.

"Good selection, but sometimes it’s a miss"
bigbadtoystore has a solid selection overall, like looots of figures and collectibles to browse through. I’ve definitely found some stuff I wanted there, but other times the popular items are already sold out or just not listed at all. It’s not a bad shop by any means, just kind of hiiit or miss for me.
